A guide for saying The Flame of Love Rosary (Holy Hour)

The main aim of the FOL movement as The Blessed Mother tells us through Elizabeth, is for the Protection of the Family and for Blinding Satan, and there has never been a time when we have needed this protection more. It is up to you if you wish to include all the elements of the FOL Rosary. This is based on a Holy Hour that you can say with friends and Family. The main part The Blessed Mother asked us to include is the Supplication in the Rosary. The rest is a guide and remember you can say the 5 Wounds of Christ and the Unity Prayer at any time as they are both powerful. Be blessed.

So let’s begin… In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

1. Opening Prayer (Your intention)

We pray for our families, our parish, our priests
the dying, the Holy Souls in purgatory and
Our personal petition (Pause)…May God’s Kingdom come.

We pray in faith and unity
with the Most Blessed Virgin,
All the Angels, all the
saints, and those
grateful souls we
have freed from
Purgatory.

2. We offer ourselves to the heavenly Father through all the wounds of Our Saviour Jesus Christ

We kiss the wound of your Sacred Left Hand with Sorrow deep and true in the Name of the Father son and Holy Spirit, Amen.

3. Pray the Rosary and insert The Flame of Love Petition after “Pray for us Sinners” and say “Spread the effect of Grace, of thy Flame of Love over all of humanity”, Now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

4. Say the Fatima prayer after each decade, Oh my Jesus….

and also The Prayer to the Holy Spirit

Come Holy Spirit, Come by the means of The Power of thy Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary

6. The Unity Prayer.
My adorable Jesus,
May our feet journey together.
May our hands gather in unity.
May our hearts beat in unison.
May our souls be in harmony.
May our thoughts be as one.
May our ears listen to the silence together.
May our glances profoundly penetrate each other.
May our lips pray together to gain mercy from the Eternal Father.

We ask you to take us in Spirit before the Eucharistic Presence throughout the world. (Pause for silent reflection)

8. Blessed Lady
Take us and place us where we belong in the Divine Fire. Share with us your Immaculate Conception. (Pause for silent reflection),

9. Prayer to Saint Joseph
O Saint Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the throne of God, I place in you all my interests and desires. O Saint Joseph, do assist me by your powerful intercession, and obtain for me from your Divine Son all spiritual blessings, through Jesus Christ, our Lord, So that, having engaged here below your heavenly power, I may offer my thanksgiving and homage to the most Loving of Fathers. O Saint Joseph, I never weary contemplating you and Jesus asleep in your arms; I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart. Press Him in my name and kiss his fine head for me and ask him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath.”

10. Prayer to Saint Michael
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

11. Pray for the intention of the Holy Father
Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory be.

12. Meditate on all the wounds of Christ. (Repeat step 2)

13. Final Blessing
