The Divine Will is a wonderful gift given to us by the Lord. It requires a deep undertanding of the 36 Volumes and a good teacher to help you undertand and unpack these knowledges and how they relate to Catholic teaching and scripture.

Sam Wisam Khadhouri OCDS – a gifted teacher on the Divine Will is featured here at Being Catholic Media. He also has his own youtube channel with excellent & insighful teaching on the Divine Will and has an online teaching class every three weeks.

Sam’s faith story is linked with Our Blessed Mother Mary who not only interceded for him and his family to leave Iraq in 1991 but led him into intimacy with Christ.
He studied an MA in Catholic Applied Theology at Maryvale Institute in Birmingham from 2006-09 and fully professed as a Secular Carmelite OCDS in 2015.
He is ordained as a subdeacon Lector minister in the Chaldean Catholic rite Church. He was introduced to the Divine Will in 1999 by the late Tom Fahy,
a prominent & well-known figure in the Divine Will.

Since 2020, he started helping people understand the Divine Will Volumes according to the Scriptures, the Catechism and the Carmelite spirituality particularly the Seven Mansions of St Teresa of Avila and St John of the Cross writings. The Divine Will Study group grew from a handful in early 2023 to many attending in person and online from many parts of the world.
